Senior Manager Argyll Entertainment, Stuart Tilly and Dan Marks, respectively, are appointed as Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer by the Esports Entertainment Group, Inc. (NasdaqCM: GMBL, GMBLW) (the “Company”), an online gambling licensed company that focuses on esports wagering and 18 + gaming.

Stuart, was CEO and co-founder of Argyle Entertainment, the authorized UKGC operating company for SportNation.bet, based in the UK and Ireland since August 2017. With a background in the legal field, he established the iGaming Counsel, a legal, regulatory and commercial advisory service for the game industry in 2012 and served in legal residencies with various blue chip gaming companies.
Stuart co-founded the International Social Games Association, and is the founder of FLIP Sports, a social-fancy mobile games developer offering second screen online live sports entertainment in real-time.
Dan Marks brings valuable corporate financial experience, having 18 years’ experience as CFO in financial and operations positions US Corporations. Dan moved to the gaming business in 2016 when he became CFO of Argyll Entertainment.
