Gucci Unveils New Limited-Edition Gucci Dive Watch In Partnership With Fnatic

Gucci’s latest collaboration has produced a dive watch which embodies the spirit of play. The House has partnered with Fnatic, the global esports organization, to launch a collection of limited-edition Gucci dive reloads which lends Gucci ‘s eclectic style to the gaming world. 

Inspired by Fnatic’s prominent legends team, this unique watch, in the signature black and orange, boasts the Fnatic logo. The latest Gucci Dive watch design, of which only one hundred were made, is available exclusively online at gucci.com.

This watch with its ultramodern and distinctive design features a 40mm stainless steel case with an orange black bezel, a dial with multi-icon indices in black and orange and a black rubber strap sporting the Gucci logo. The black dial displaying the signature GG emblem, is illuminated by Super LumiNova hands and indices. In gaming “GG” is also an acronym for “good games”. ‘FNATIC’ is engraved across the back plate of the case as well as the individual number of the limited edition timepiece. Swiss-Made and waterproof up to 200 metres, this watch is the epitome of modernity and style. 

The watch will be promoted using a powerful video and a series of evocative images featuring the five League of Legends players. The video, complete with original soundtrack, depicts the team in action in front of a live audience, encapsulating the team atmosphere and intensity of esports.

In celebration of the partnership with Fnatic and the release of the Dive Watch, Gucci plans in the coming weeks to launch a new game called Gucci Dive as part of the Gucci Arcade, which is the Gucci App segment inspired by video games requiring users to play using House codes. In the game, Gucci Dive players aboard a submarine featuring the Fnatic logo, enter an underwater cave and dodge obstacles while simultaneously attempting to collect coins.
